I believe that if he were their brother, the two would not be attacking Camelot in the first place. Merlin is loyal enough to family that he would try to persuade them to help him keep Arthur safe. Considering the bond that Morgana and Morgause share, they would likely be swayed to Merlin`s side.
He would totally be freaked out. I mean, think of this: 당신 like Morgana at first, then 당신 poison her, almost kill her... and then she appears to be your sister? Gosh. That would be horrible for him! He would even consider killing himself :D
But, to be honest, maybe after sometime he would accept the fact that they are his sisters and reunite with them. Actually, this is really a hard 질문 to answer. I really cannot be sure of any of my 답변 xD

I thought of this 질문 on a 일 that I had too much cofee. Weird question,right? I mean right from the start if he knew they were his sisters. Maybe he couldn't poison her then. Then maybe Morgana wouldn't try to kill him, too. But wait a second. Arthur's her brother but she wants him dead, too. Yeah, you're right. This is not an easy 질문 to answer. I know right! Morgause is a power freak. If she had found ou that Merlin was a sorcerer too, she would certainly try to unite her powers with him. I hate her. xD And yeah, Morgana has changed so much. Arthur didnt do anything to her but she hates him, weird huh? So... Even if they were siblings, I would pray for Merlin not to find it out. xD
But then he'd also be Arthur's brother. Which would make him noble. I really hope that doesn't happen... the Mergana part of my soul would most defintely jump off a cliff
I think it would be harder to deal with the fact that he would be related to Arthur personally!!! No, i think their relationship would remain the same but become more... Twisted? (if thats the word!) it could make them fight 더 많이 maybe ??
