In what episode do Hal and Lois talk to a psychiatrist for parenting advice?

There is an episode where Lois is concerned that her boys don't open up to her. She and Hal go see a psychiatrist (or psychologist?) and the Dr explains how to use reflective listening. When the Dr does it on Lois, she opens up more, then realizes that the Dr just used reflective listening on her - she smiles, the Dr smiles, Lois has an a-ha look, but Hal is confused, looking back and forth between Lois and the Dr, knowing he missed something but not sure what.

Please let me know what episode this is! I'd like to make a clip out of that as an example of reflective listening for a class.
