What does it mean when a guy tickles the palm of your hand when 당신 shake his hand?

I like this guy and he likes me and whenever we give each other peace at church he always tickles the palm of my hand with his finger. When he does it and I look at him he has a mischievous grin/smirk on his face. What does it mean?

As 당신 are 15 I see they might let 당신 see him but 당신 know your parents. He most definately likes you. One thought 다음 time he does it do it back and see what happens. Hope it helps
