Another questio(please give me advice)

I have a crush on this boy who don't knows that I exist.I notice him staring secretly to me and then I fake a smile.He did it to me every time we see face to face.He smiles to me when everybody doesn't notice us and I smile to him too but I think he might have a girlfriend 또는 not because he is new in town and he is super awesome and cool.I just wanna to know if he likes me 또는 not without talking to him because he and I really don't know about each other.And I wanted to text him but he doesn't have a phone because his parents were stricted and how can I know that does he have a feeling for me 또는 not?Can u help me because u r ideas help me.

#2. just try to bcome reay good 프렌즈 with him...not just like friend but like act like u realy enjoy him and his 프렌즈 compny :) if u dont have anything in common then find it and find it SOON! if 당신 dont then he might find someone else eccpesioly because hes new in town! and then find him at his locker and talk about something cool something he likes like hunting fishing skateboarding 또는 sports....help him out too bring him to a resturant that he hasnt been to!! also, if he flirts then he likes what he sees!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahve fun on ur adventure! LOL <3

But my 프렌즈 really don't know and he and I don't go to the same school.Now he is away form me because he loves at my uncle house and I have a test to answer so I can't see him for about 4 days I really miss him and I miss him so bad.
