Is this a relationship?

I'm 14, he's 16. I like him a lot and almost think i'm falling for him. He just broke up with his girlfriend and we've been foolin' around. All he ever wants to talk about is sex. He told me he's not looking for anything right now. But he'll text me "I 사랑 you". I know it's bad to have a relationship based around sex, but are we in a relationship? I'm really confused.

I'm going to be totally honest with you. It doesn't sound like a relationship. It sounds like he's just wanting to have fun with no strings attached. If 당신 don't want to get hurt, I'd either talk to him and see how he really feels, 또는 end it before things go too far.
