When on that meet-up take some time to talk to him privately, flirt a little if 당신 want, compliment him and just have fun.
Then once that is done, try asking him out, just the both of you, keep it somewhere simple, maybe a 공식 만찬, 저녁 식사 and a movie. It isn't cliche because it is a simple and lovely date, where the both of 당신 can talk and just get to know each other better.
