But then in Every Man For Himself when Sawyer had the heart monitor on his wrist, Kate changed her dress into trousers and a floral blouse. I guess she just left her dress in her cage in the very same place where Sawyer found it in Recon. =D So yeah, she wasn't naked when they escaped. posted over a year ago.
