Gah, sorry for the poorly worded pick options; there's a limit on how much you can write in. The = means equality, lol. So the second one is you wouldn't support a candidate solely based on whether or not they support gay rights, but you definitely wouldn't support them if they did not. The third is that you do take into account whether or not they support gay rights, but even so you could vote for someone who does support LGBTQ equality or someone who does not based on their stances on other issues.

There are other factors, of course, but if someone doesn't support gay rights then I can't get behind them. Not that I can vote yet, haha, but if I could I would never vote for anyone who didn't support LGBTQ rights.

I'm kinda split on the normal candidaties I'm for LGBTQ rights but I'm also very pro-life and for me they are almost in the same vain. Why kill a preganatcy when their are plenty of families who can't have a baby of their own...gays, familys with fertiality issues, single parents etc. I'm bi and can't get pregnant because of medical issues.

I don't think of it as voting for a good candidate, so much as voting for the lesser evil.

I am for Obama for many, many reasons. But the main reason I hate Romney is over his views on Gay marriage, and the LGBT community in general.

It does not affect whether or not I support them
