Caroline Lee; Caroline is Bing’s younger sister. Caroline is the gorgeous, fashionista. She is fiercely protective over her brother and can get overly involved in his life when she feels like he is being screwed over. Caroline can get bitchy and manipulative at times as well.

Okay, Caroline isn't exactly the nicest character :P But I couldn't think of a 12th character so I basically just listed off her good qualities (so if you watch LBD go off the description not the show).
