"What happened between 당신 and Daario?" Rachel asked in confusion.
"I slept with him", Inés groaned. "It was a mistake, I'm a queen, I should be able to control myself. I said so many things I wouldn't have said under any other circumstances..."
"So 당신 regret it", Rachel said. She took a moment to gather her thoughts to pose a question. "Was it bad?"
Inés groaned. "No, it wasn't bad! That is not the point. I 로스트 control, I can't do that. I might have risked everything."
"I'm sure it's not that bad", Rachel said. "What did Daario say this morning?"
"He didn't say anything. He was still asleep when I left. I bet he's going to go back to the way things used to be, like nothing happened."
Rachel shook her head. "I doubt it. It's clear he has feelings for you."
"I don't want to talk about it", Ines shook her head. "Were 당신 with Robb all 일 yesterday?"
"Yes", Rachel smiled a little at the memory. "But let's not talk about it now."
"No, I want a distraction. Are 당신 serious about him?"
"As serious as I can be, considering where we're headed and what's going to happen when we get there", Rachel shrugged. "I'm a realist. But he does something to me... he... he makes me feel like I can do anything. He makes me happy."
Inés smiled. "Yeah, 당신 look happy."
"But it won't last", Rachel shook her head. "But 당신 and Daario, that can last. I really don't see what the big problem is."
"The big problem is that I'm a queen-"
"Queens can fall in love, too. Sometimes with the entirely wrong people", Rachel thought of her sister Cersei, and their brother Jaime. "We don't get to choose who we love."
Just then Daario got on deck, walking over to them with a carefree attitude. He didn't seem to realize that something was wrong.
"You'll be fine", Rachel smiled before walking past them, back towards Robb.



She found him still in bed, sitting on it, putting on his shirt.
"No, don't do that", Rachel groaned.
Robb smirked. "I do have to get dressed at some point."
"Perhaps. But not yet. Apparently something happened between Daario and Inés."
"Something as in....?"
"Something very similar to what 당신 and I did, but now Inés regrets it."
Robb sighed. "I guess I can understand it. Surely they can never work."
"What about us, then?" Rachel asked, making Robb turn and look at her.
"What?"
"Do 당신 think we can work? I mean... how could we? I'm a Lannister, you're a Stark. My brother, my entire family, hates you, and you're not very fond of them either."
"Rach..."
"What are 당신 going to do to me when we get to King's Landing?" Rachel demanded. "I want to know."
Robb sighed, closing his eyes in exhaustion. "I... I don't know."
Rachel stared at him for a long time. She had such deep feelings for him, she would never be able to express how much he meant to her, but if he didn't want them to become anything 더 많이 than what they were now, she didn't know what to think.
"Then... Robb, 당신 should figure it out", Rachel said before leaving the room.



Inés was looking at Daario, at the smile on his face. He looked happy. How was he happy? Didn't he know this could never work.
"We need to talk about what happened", Inés said.
"Alright", Daario nodded. "I figured 당신 might do this. But I must say, it was every bit worth it."
Inés sighed. "Daario. You... you're a gambler. You're a player. Why should I trust you?"
"I've never given 당신 any reason not to trust me, my queen", Daario pointed out. "I killed the captains who wanted 당신 dead. I joined you. I fought for you. I'm the captain of your Queensguard."
"Yes", Inés said. "And I do trust 당신 in all things concerning my safety, 또는 the safety of my people."
Daario smiled. "But 당신 do not trust me with your heart."
Inés said nothing, just took his hand in hers. "I don't know if I can risk it."
"You know, being a 퀸 doesn't mean 당신 have to be careful all the time", Daario said. "Don't 당신 miss the excitement, being free, being able to do what 당신 want with whomever 당신 want?"
"Of course I miss that", Inés said. "But I can't have that."
"Says who?"
"What?"
"You are the queen", Daario smiled. "You make the rules."
Inés smirked at that. In some ways it was very much true. "What are 당신 saying?"
"I'm saying 당신 should trust me. Take a leap of faith. I'll make it worth your while."
Inés smiled. "And if I don't?"
"Then I'll go back to being your loyal servant and I shall never bother 당신 again", Daario said. "But I have a feeling 당신 will."
"Stop being cocky, it is not working to your advantage", Inés tore her hands away from Daario's.
"Inés, you're amazing. You're the most incredible woman I've ever met. Beautiful, strong, fierce. 당신 are the only woman that I see, so as far as other women are concerned, 당신 have nothing to worry about." He cupped her cheek in his hand.
Inés didn't know if she should believe him. Perhaps she shouldn't. But something in her made her want to trust him anyway. To take that leap of faith.
"You know, if I didn't trust you, nothing that 당신 said would mean anything."
"But 당신 do trust me", with that Daario leaned forwards and kissed her. Soon Inés found herself 키싱 him back, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him closer.
"See? Whatever else happens, we can be sure that that part works fine", Daario whispered as they broke apart.
"It's not all that simple."
"Well, 당신 remember what I told 당신 once? I only do what I want to do. And right now what I want to do is be with you. If that's not what 당신 want, I'll go", Daario smiled. "Because I care about your happiness 더 많이 than mine."
Inés smiled at this before 키싱 him, pulling him closer 의해 his hair, letting herself just be happy for a moment.
"Do 당신 want to go back to the room?" Daario asked when they broke apart for air again.
"As a matter of fact, I do", Inés smirked, and so they headed back to the room and spent quite a lot of time there, together. And for a moment Inés let go of her doubts and just let herself be
happy.
