Okay, so I decided to post this here, because I actually kind of like it:P {except for the ending because for the life of me I do not know how to end a damn fic ever!} Anyways, here ya go! Rachel Leslie stormed into her boyfriends office and slammed down a bunch of papers on his desk. Robb who had been concentrating on his work jumped up and looked at his steaming girlfriend. He raised his eyebrows and slowly backed away from the desk.
"What's going on?" he asked her carefully.
"My stupid editor!" Rachel growled, "That's what's going on!"
Robb laughed and pulled Rachel over to him and she sat on his lap.
"What did he do now?"
"He said I'm too cynical!" Rachel cried in disbelief.
"Baby, 당신 are cynical." Robb said placing a 키스 on her neck.
Rachel rolled her eyes, "Yeah, I know that! But who is he who to tell me that?"
"What a jerk." Robb teased sarcastically.
Rachel turned her head around to look at him, "Are 당신 mocking me?"
Robb playfully put his hands up in surrender. "No, no!" he laughed placing a 키스 on her lip. "Okay, I have like an hour's worth of work left but why don't 당신 go home, relax, and I'll bring us 집 some 피자 and we can just watch some t.v."
Rachel let out a small smile, "Yeah, that actually sounds nice." she then glared, "I'm still going to kill my editor!"
Robb shook his head, "I'll help 당신 plot an evil plan." he smirked, "Now go home!"
Once Rachel left his office Robb went back to his work but realized he couldn't concentrate because his thoughts kept on going back to his crazy girlfriend.
He remembered the first time they had met. His friend Stefan had forced him to go on a half-blind double 날짜 with him. He was obsessing over some girl named Celine, who he happened to be marrying tomorrow, and she would only agree to go out with him if he brought a friend along because she had already made plans with her friend and didn't want to cancel. Robb remembered how he had refused and was completely against the idea. But then Stefan bought him a six pack and assured him that Celine's friend had to be nice, since Celine was so nice herself. And man, was Stefan wrong.
Rachel had spent the entire afternoon sniping at Robb and insulting him. Even the glares from Celine would not shut her up. He had eventually decided he wanted nothing to do with this girl ever again, but he had to admit that a part of him was intrigued 의해 her.
They eventually ran into each other again when his company had to do an ad campaign for one of her novels. At first they would only talk to each other about business related things, but the 더 많이 late nights they worked the 더 많이 interested in her he became. He eventually came to realize what a smart, funny, and strong woman she was and her cold demeanor was simply just something she used to protect herself.
He hadn't planned it when he asked her out on a proper date. They were working late one night talking about somethig 랜덤 when he had just blurted it out. He could sense the hesitation in her. After five 분 of staring at him with a completely blank face (he wanted to slap himself for even asking) she had finally mustered up a yes.
They had gone to a 피자 parlor and had a casual and easy going night, he had simply just kissed her goodnight not wanting to rush it.
After 6 dates, they made it official. They didn't really have "the talk" 또는 anything it just kind of happened, that's how their relationship seemed to be. Things just kind of happened. There's no planning 또는 well thought out plan.
After 2 months of dating they finally slept together. It was always on Robb's mind, but he had wanted to take it slow not wanting to freak the easily freaked out Rachel. He remembered they were simply watching T.V. one night when she suddenly turned towards him and asked him why they weren't having sex?
After six months of dating she was laying in his 침대 one morning after the sixth night of staying over when he suddenly just asked her to 옮기기 in with him. She had turned and given him a weird look and he just shrugged her shoulders. He saw her face go into extreme concentration and knew she was in deep thought. After ten 분 she agreed saying it was practical and logical. Robb let out a chuckle. That was his girl, he leaned down and kissed her.
Living together hadn't been easy. They fought over the dumbest stuff and they had come to points in their relationship where Robb didn't think they'd make it, but they did. Of course they did.
It has now been two years since the first time Robb asked her out and he can't help but smile at how far the two of them had come. They went from hating each other to being totally in love.
Robb entered his apartment with a box of pizza, just like he had promised, to see his girlfriend sitting on the floor working on wedding favors.
"What's going on?" He asked placing the 피자 box down and sitting 다음 to her.
"Sorry! I know we had plans, but Celine had a last 분 wedding emergency, something about there not being enough favors, and obviously I can't say no because she's the bride."
Robb shook his head, "No, it's fine. I'll help."
The two of them worked on the favors in silence when Robb broke it, "This is good right?"
Rachel turned to look at him, "It looks fine to me." Rachel said looking at the wedding favor and shrugging her shoulders.
Robb rolled his eyes, "No, idiot, not the wedding favors. 당신 and Me. We're good right?"
Rachel groaned, "Robb! 당신 know I hate it when 당신 get sentimental and mushy. It weird's me out."
Robb put the wedding favor he was working on down and made Rachel put hers down as well. He turned her towards him. "Humor me and answer the questions, just this once."
Rachel raised her eyebrows, "Yeah, its good." She said carefully not knowing where this conversation was going.
"Good. Then marry me." Robb said.
Rachel's eyes widened as she stared at him, "Excuse me?" she asked in disbelief.
Robb smiled, "Rachel Leslie. 당신 drive me insane 80% of the time, we have almost nothing in common, your stubborn, angry, and quite frankly crazy. But I 사랑 당신 and I can't imagine my life without you, so marry me."
"I am NOT stubborn." Rachel said glaring at Robb.
Robb rolled his eyes, "Rach..."
"Do 당신 ever plan anything out?" Rachel demanded.
Robb smiled, "No."
Rachel sighed and then let out a smile, "Yes."
Now it was Robb's turn to be surprised, she had actually said yes! "Seriously?"
"What, did 당신 change your mind?" Rachel smirked. "Realized I was way too much for 당신 to handle?"
Robb shook his head, "Never. I 사랑 you." He laughed leaning 앞으로 and 키싱 her. Rachel threw her arms around his neck returning the 키스 in full force. She then let out a laugh.
"What?" Robb asked.
"I can't believe I just said yes to an impromptu proposal."
"Honestly, neither can I. I guess I'm just that good." Robb said cheekily.
"Oh aren't we full of ourselves." Rachel smirked sarcastically shoving him a little.
But in reality she couldn't help but agree with the statement. He was THAT good. And now he was going to be hers' forever.
