She never slows down.
She doesn't know why but she knows that when she's all alone, feels like its all coming down
She won't turn around
The shadows are long and she fears if she cries that first tear, the tears will not stop raining down

[CHORUS]
So stand in the rain
Stand your ground
Stand up when it's all crashing down
You stand through the pain
You won't drown
And one day, whats 로스트 can be found
You stand in the rain

She won't make a sound
Alone in this fight with herself and the fears whispering if she stands she'll fall down
She wants to be found
The only way out is through everything she's running...

I was about to watch 'The Private Life of Henry VIII' when a 제목 card appeared in the first frame explaining that Katherine of Aragon does not appear in the film because 'her story is of no particular interest'!

WTF!!!

I refused to watch the film after that. The nerve to deem Katherine of Aragon uninteresting! She was a fascinating woman - strong, kind, respected, brave. And those are just some words to describe how great she is!

To deem Katherine's story in such a way is just disrespectful. Her story was and is just as interesting as Anne Boleyn's 또는 Catherine Parr's. Her story often doesn't get the attention it deserves.

퀸 Katherine of Aragon was a great woman, and her story is of interest, and to dismiss her life in such a way is shameful.

I know it's a film, but that one frame just made me angry. Katherine was an incredible woman who deserves admiration and respect, and I think to deem her story unworthy of attention is disrespectful to her memory.
“Sir, I beseech you, for all the loves that hath been between us, and for the 사랑 of God, let me have justice and right. Take of me some pity and compassion, for I am a poor woman and stranger born out of your dominion. I have here no assured friend, and much less indifferent counsel. I flee to 당신 as the head of justice within this realm.

Alas, Sir, where have I offended you? 또는 what occasion have 당신 of displeasure, that 당신 intend to put me from you? I take God and all the world to witness that I have been to 당신 a true, humble and obedient wife, ever conformable to your will and pleasure....

Upon finishing Giles Tremlett's biography of Katherine of Aragon, I've come away with an even deeper respect for Henry VIII's first Queen.

In this 일 and age, there has been so much written on the six wives of Henry VIII, and many 더 많이 that declare Anne Boleyn as the greatest of them all, while the others have been neglected. Indeed, Tremlett's biography is the first since the early seventies to focus solely on Henry's first Queen. And it proves long overdue. Tremlett gives us the portrait of a woman who was not merely a matronly wife who defied a king; she was a strong willed and highly intelligent...

I know 당신 think that I shouldn't still 사랑 you
Or tell 당신 that
But if I didn't say it, well I'd still have felt it
Where's the sense in that?

I promise I'm not trying to make your life harder
Or return to where we were

But I will go down with this ship
And I won't put my hands up and surrender
There will be no white flag above my door
I'm in 사랑 and always will be

I know I left too much mess and destruction
To come back again
And I caused nothing but trouble
I understand if 당신 can't talk to me again

And if 당신 live 의해 the rules of it's over
Then I'm sure that that makes sense

But I will go down with this...

Take a look at my body
Look at my hands
There's so much here
That I don't understand

Your face saving promises
Whispered like prayers
I don't need them

I've been treated so wrong
I've been treated so long
As if I'm becoming untouchable

Contempt loves the silence
It thrives in the dark
With fine winding tendrils
That strangle the heart

They say that promises
Sweeten the blow
But I don't need them
No, I don't need them

I've been treated so wrong
I've been treated so long
As if I'm becoming untouchable

I'm a slow dying flower
Frost killing hour
The sweet turning sour
And untouchable

Oh, I need
The darkness
The sweetness...

Education, Learning & Women's Rights:

During her childhood, Katherine was well educated, and when she became 퀸 of England she introduced education to women as well as men. She donated large sums of money to colleges throughout England. With her own education proving that a woman was just as intelligent as any man, she made women's education fashionable and popular. A major stepping stone in women's rights!

Role model:

Katherine was, during her time, and still is the ideal role model for anyone to look up to. She carried herself with a great dignity, showing kindness to everyone, even...
