Not really. Kagome is a human. InuYasha is a half demon. If they have children, then they'd have a quaterling. Being a half demon is already painful enough, it'd be worse for the child since not only will she get teased, but her demonic power will be pathetically weak. I think it's cruel for them to have a daughter who's only going to suffer.
