Sure, really healthy! Ice cream is made from 우유 and has protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. It gives 당신 an energy boost. It is the perfect pick-me-up when 당신 are studying and cools 당신 off in the summer heat.
Ice cream is our 가장 좋아하는 summer food. And while it is healthy, it should be eaten in moderation. If not, like anything, it can go from being healthy to being unhealthy.
