yeahh thats what i thought too..that it was Raphiam because i remember in Burned, Stevie Rae and Rephaim saw their reflections in the water and they saw Rephaim as a Native American boy. It says so on page 316
The thing he is wearing in his hair are raven feathers tied into his hair. I'm guessing showing that there is still part of his past as a raven mocker in him and that in someway still part of his father Kalona
