and anyone but HL on the show essentially can't get nominated because there isn't a 'Lead Actress'. LE doesn't get enough screen time, and OW (who has the most screen time out of the girls) just can;t because she isn't a 'lead actress'. I think it kinda denotes a certain amount of respect, and is kind of the no 2 to the lead man, and that's LE. But as i said, not enough screen time.

I completely agree with the way you're thinking,bb. LE did good job this year ,but her limited screentime and the poor writing for Cuddy didn't help her out.OW had good material on her hands and proved that she's not just another pretty face but it's pretty hard for her to get nominated, especially in a category which has permanent nominations.

We have to win this year, we have to!! They have to win not just for Lisa (because they ignore all the little people) but for the whole show since they don't get ANY recognition at all. It's all about G.A or Mad Men.

House and Hugh MUST win!!

Is it just me, or does anyone else think it's really unfair for ONE show to get four out of the five writing nominations? Gee, I wonder who will win? D: D: It would have been nice for the writers of House to at least have a shot at getting recognized for the amazing episodes of season 5.

Oh well, hopefully this will be the year for some well-deserved recognition for Hugh Laurie. :D

One thing that always ticked me about the show is it's kind of like a one-man-act. They don't give any chance for other's on the show to really shine and get noticed. LE is really underrated and deserves more recognition!

Maybe we should make our own awards and send them out :P

I just want to hear three things:

...and the Emmy goes to...HOUSE

...and the Emmy goes to...Hugh Laurie for HOUSE

...and the Emmy goes to...Hugh Laurie for SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE

It's so long overdue - we want a Hat Trick!!!

cool
Am I the only one who thinks that out of all the rest of the cast, ROBERTS nomination is long overdue? He deserves that thing waayyy more than Lisa in my opinion.

I hope they win this time! Hugh's name isn't just a list decoration... they are at the very least aware that they HAVE no credible list without his name on it...
