Sorry to waste what little time you have (cause im sure you all busy working and writing esays... :P yh right! lol) but I was wondering what is the general rule about icons...
Would it be considered rude if I just yoinked an icon that someone posted and then used it in a pick or for my personal picture thing?? Ive never wanted to do it just incase it would upset anyone, but as there is some really nice ones and since I cant make any of my own.... :)
But yer I was just wondering if I need to ask the person who made it or anything? I dont want to steal what someone spent a lot of time and effort making if its not morally allowed...
