How do I create a wallpaper?

I wanted to create a 바탕화면 for the graphics contest but i dont know how. :P

There are many way's to create wallpapers. 당신 can use 사진 shop, but that's pretty complicated. 당신 can also try paint.net, that's similar to 사진 shop, only simpler. Another great program to use is picasa from google, 당신 can download this on the Internet.

I use GIMP. :-] 당신 can find some great tutorials online if 당신 do a bit of searching, and if 당신 practice enough 당신 can make some awesome graphics.
