today I found a pretty good tutorial on how to make screencaps (automatically, 당신 don't have to press a button each time 당신 want to create a screencap).
I found it on livejournal, downloaded the programm, tried it and I'm currently uploading my first own screencaps from the House episode : 1x19.
The quality is pretty good, altough not HD like the screencaps here:

So if 당신 need screencaps of House, 당신 might 검색 for them over there before 당신 make your own, but they don't have all the episodes there, so if 당신 need screencaps of an episode they don't have, 당신 can easily make your own :))
This is the programm 당신 need to download, it's like windows media player 또는 any other programm that views DVDs, avi files, mpg,...and so on.
