Geoffrey McGivern in Douglas Adams event this April

As part of Kings Place's (kingsplace.co.uk/time) Time Unwrapped season, Geoffrey McGivern will be joined 의해 the Feinstein Ensemble and Art of Moog for a dramatic recreation of Douglas Adams’ cult novel 단도, 더크 Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency (13 April).

Adams’ obsession with Bach is well-known and it was inevitable that it would find its way into his novels. In 단도, 더크 Gently we are introduced to an alternative universe where certain things are strangely different: Coleridge's Ancient Mariner features an asteroid, rather than an albatross, and Bach’s compositions don't exist at all,...

There is to be a new Hitchhiker book!!!!!!

Attention all hitchhiker fans!! I am finally allowed to reveal it...

I can 확인 there is to be yet another installment to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy trilogy!!!

....But how, 당신 may be asking, as the original author, Douglas Adams died in 2001. No he is not that clever that he can write from beyond the grave, the book will be written 의해 Eoin Colfer, the author of the Artemis Fowl series and more.

It is to be published 의해 Penguin, instead of Pan MacMillan who have always published Adams' 책 before. The book is due to be released 의해 the end of 다음 year. It is also expected that all...
