Germany x Italy because...Well...I dunno. It seems to me that Russia likes China but China doesn't like him. While with Germany and Italy while Germany can find him annoying at times at least they are actually shown to like each other. Not that I'm saying Russia x China isn't a good pairing, I personally just favour Germany x Italy and I just can't imagine China suddenly liking Russia with just a snap of fingers. It'd probably take a while before China could probably be near Russia without looking creeped out.
