Thanks to the recently resolved writers' strike, Sylar will remain an intergral part of the show in the third season.
Actor Zachary Quinto had origionally been set to drop out of the last half of the 초 season due to his comitment to playing Spock in the upcoming 별, 스타 Trek film.

But because of the strike, filming on the Trek movie is complete and Sylar has been written back in.
"Well, we have no plans to say goodbye to Sylar right now," Tim Kring told Sci-Fi wire. "I mean that was yet another silver lining from the strike - Zachary Quinto's available to us in the third volume. That was a huge thing for us to be able to have him back."

Mark Spatney is particularly proud of this scene where heals as she walks out of her burning house in Company man.
"Origionally the plan was to have various 사진 doubles for [Hayden Panettiere] in stages of make-up that they would cut between. On the 일 of shooting, it became evident that this was not going to work because although the 여배우 looked like Claire, they didn'y proform like Claire. They didn't have Haydens way of walking. So we created a CG double and exactly matched it to Hayden's proformance and then went betwen the live actress and the CG charactor. Eric Grenaudier...
