Appearance- Pale skin; jet black, straight long hair; red eyes; incredibly thin.
Family- Tom Marvolo Riddle (Lord Voldemort)~ Father, Bellatrix Lestrange~ Mother, Phoenix Riddle~ twin sister. Draco are her cousins. Lucius and Narcissa are her aunt and uncle.
Personality- She's more powerful than her peers, arrogant, controlling, smart and ambitious
hates: Gryffindors, Muggles and Muggle-borns, Harry Potter and failing.
Extra info: She has inherited powers from her father; telepathy, parseltongue, etc., When Voldemort "died", Penelope was brought up by The Malfoys.

About the twins- They share a dark magical core (They feed on negative emotions from their enemies). Both play Quidditch; both are chasers. They both share the same magical abilities and have an excellent relationship with each other.

Phoenix- This is so great, lots of new people to terrorise.

*Hatti pulls Hallie through the many wizards and witches*
Hattu- Come on Hal we do this every year!

Hatti- Are you a first year or something? Hal, i know yo get nervous around people but its not like they'r even talking to you just barge past, *Sees Phoenix and Penelope* Like those two!
Hallie- They're stereo typical Slytherins i don't want to be like them.
Hatti: *sighs* How you're a Gryffindor i don't know but come on or we'll miss the train! *pulls her into a carridge*

Phoenix- Who is that mess with Hatti?
Penelope- *Laughs*

Hallie: *Rolls her eyes* Oh yes, i totally forgot. *Takes out A Daily prophet and begins to read.*

Phoenix- *Whispering* Wow! Hatti has so much disrespect for Slytherin house.
Penelope- *mouthing* She should of been chucked out last year.

Hallie: *Looks at her sister staring out the window, as they pull out of the station and she puts her hand on Hatti's shoulder* In case you were wondering, you're not like them. You're not like A Slytherin.
Hatti: Hey not all Slytherin's are like those two. You don't know anything, maybe i like being a Slytherin, maybe i want to be evil. *pouts*
Hallie: *tries not to giggle at Hattu's childish behaviour* Ok, you're evil, very evil. Look you even scared me to death. *Falls to the floor Dramatically*

Hermione- *Giggles* Hey, you two.

Both: Hey Hermione! *they both look at each other and raise an eyebrow in sync*

Hermione- Have you done your transfiguration homework?

Hallie: Oh yes, it didn't take me very long.

Hallie: *whispers to hermione* I had to helpr Hatti, she never inherited our mother's brains.

Hermione- *crosses her arms.* She obviously resembles her father.

Hallie: *stifles a giggle* You're so right she's so arrogant sometimes i actually wonder if she is turning into a stero type Slytherin.
Hatti: *Pretends to sleep so that she can listen to what they're saying*

Hermione- She does like playing practical jokes, on fellow Slytherins. No wonder why she's in their bad books.

She just doesn't want to fit in anywhere. She has got one thing going for her though, something i've always admired.

Hermione- She's an absolutely brilliant person. I wished she was a Gryffindor.

Thats what i don't understand, the thing she's best at, is that she will always fight for what's right know matter what it is,. She'll always stand by the right people. She's so brave but she was put in Slytherin. I just don't understand sometimes.

Hermione- I don't know. I bet most Slytherins bully her.

I think so too. She's always saying that she could easily handle them but Hermione, i know that inside she's hurting, real bad too.

Hermione- I know how she feels. I bet those two twins are the main ones.

I really wouldn't be surprised. Do you think its true that they're related to you-know-who?

Hermione- That would be impossible but they both remind me of him.

Extra info: Hailey and Harry share a very powerful magical core. They also have a unique form of 'twin telepathy' that allows them to link their minds. The connection between them was opened as soon as the killing Curse struck Harry. When Hagrid came to fetch Harry, he never saw Hailey among the wreckage of the house.
