Your opinion please? It's not really a "poll" kind of question.

So... I have ALWAYS been curious about Mrs. Norris, and I think I might write about her. What do 당신 think is up with her? I mean, her name is MRS. Norris, and Filch talks to her constantly, and she seems to be smarter than 고양이 should be. What do 당신 think?

Or, if 당신 think outside the box, she could be an animagus who is having a relationship with Filch... but I really doubt it lol.

I think it's just a name though. I don't think it's meant to indicate that she's secretly an Animagus 또는 that Filch has a thing for his pet cat. JKR did say on 포터모어 that Mrs. Norris is the closest thing she wrote to a familiar though. That might explain the "smarter than 고양이 should be". 또는 she could be part Kneazle, like Crookshanks, who also seems smarter than the regular cat.

Could be... but I've always wondered whether she used to be human, but got Transfigured into a cat. ?

There are ways of turning her back into a human though, if that'd been the case. The spell Remus and Sirius used on Wormtail would work. You'd think Filch would ask McGonagall to help her, if that was the case.
