Both the characters and the actors/actresses are cool. My two 가장 좋아하는 HP actors play my two 가장 좋아하는 characters: Tom Felton(Draco Malfoy) and David Thewlis(Lupin).

Both. But my favourite actors and 여배우 out of HP are Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix), Maggie Smith (McGonagall) and Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort).
