Where is Mundungus?

We can assume that he managed to evade the Death Eaters, considering no one reported him dead. However, it is difficult to know exactly what happens to him, as the series is told from Harry's pov. I'd bet my broomstick that the slimy git is still alive and stealing. Of course, others may know his whereabouts. The Ministry might have caught up to him. A Potterhead might have seen him. No one but Mundungus "Dung" Fletcher can say for sure.
