I think they are underrated- 의해 the other characters maybe. Everybody hated Snape until his death, and Hermione was never really appreciated enough, that's what I think.
I don't think hermione underrated, everyone admire her in the book and in real life, snape on the other hand, he receive a little respect in the book, but in the real life everyone 사랑 him
all my fav characters are underrated, Ginny (she probably the least fav female character in harry potter, but i think she's amazing, she's my fav actually), Neville (everyone begin to notice him at the last moment, before that Crookshanks probably 더 많이 인기 than him), Luna (she's one of kind, what 더 많이 can i say, she awesome)

Ok Ginny? No. She's overrated. Luna is borderline overrated as well. I agree with Neville though.
maybe it's matter of opinion, but i think Ginny and Luna are a good character but sometimes they both less appreciated 의해 the fans, i don't think that overrated, when the fact is very few like them, especially Ginny
Ginny definitely has personality. I would guess that people judge her based on the movies. Book Ginny is hella awesome. She is not Ron's little sister and harry's wife only. She's Ginny Weasley, a fiery and independent woman who went through shit on her first 년
Probably Pansy Parkinson. shes really credited in the 책 as 'draco's girl' but we never see that in the movies, so being 'Draco's girl' is a pretty high place to be. and shes not really noticed.
to me, we shoulda seen 더 많이 of lockhart, tonks, moody, and trelawney. lockhart cuz hes hilarious and kind of wimpy 통스 cuz shes so cool mad eye moody cuz he is mad eye moody and trelawney cuz she is just so odd and lame but just so odd
I agree on Percy, I'm surprised no one else thought of him (but then again, that's the proof he's in fact underrated). He goes through a heavy character development, and he's really well written, yet he continues to be the least loved Weasley.
Definitely McGonagall as well as Molly Weasley, 2 of my favorites. I would also say Lucius Malfoy.
I have to agree that Snape is now overrated. It was like everyone hated him til the 7th book and now people are in 사랑 with him. Ginny is also overrated as is Bellatrix (who is awesome but still over liked).

How is Ginny overrated? She is almost always left out of merchandising, and 팬 either ignore her 또는 hate on her
I think Ginny is underrated, at least in the 책 because everyone just looks at her as the baby sister but she's 더 많이 than that everyone tells her she's too young 또는 that she can't handle something. (tombs in egypt, listening to the order meeting, not letting her fight) But really she can hold her own she was in the D.A. she went to the ministry even Slughorn could see her potential but her family always saw her as the baby when in reality she was forced to grow up fast (being possessed and nearly murdered will do that) and she's serious about fighting for what she believes in, and despite everyone telling her she can't she goes out and she fights Voldemort anyways.
Hermione and Snape? Really?! They're really strongly rated, a lot of people 사랑 both those characters.
The character I think is the most underrated is Ginny. She gets a lot of hate and I don't really understand it. Molly gets similar treatment too, as does Cho.

I totally agree on Ginny :(( I 사랑 Ginny<3 but I can understand why there's a lot of hate going on for her. She's considered a Mary-Sue 의해 a lot of people, and I agree. however, Ginny is awesome. She's 더 많이 awesome than Hermione, imo. :P
Books-Ginny, because she is only ever seen as Harry's wife and Ron's little sister. Nothing else.
Fandom- Don't judge me, but I think Harry is kind of underrated. Now let me explain- yes, while he's the main protagonist, he seems to get the least attention out of all the main characters. And even a lot the minor characters. I think it may be because people think it's too "cliche" to like the main character. Please don't hate me! It's my opinion.

I think the underrated character, imo, is Harry Potter. He is the main character of the series but I hardly see 또는 notice anyone that listed Harry as their 가장 좋아하는 character.
Ginny Weasley and Neville Longbottom. Everyone seems to forget that they are part of JK Rowling's big seven. And what happened to Ginny in the films?! Ginny does so many important things in the series and rarely gets recognition for them. Neville often gets brushed aside as just a clumsy fool, but he is 메리다와 마법의 숲 and smart! They are both amazing, important, and underrated.

Molly Weasley, as well. SHe and Ginny are an incredible pair who don't get anywhere near as much credit as they deserve.
Ginny is so underrated. She's so over-hated, I can't even believe it. It's ridiculous. Lupin, Aberforth, Sprout, and Narcissa are super underrated, as well.
