Harry Potter VS Twilight

Harry Potter, hands down.

Why?
The main character doesnt SPARKLE. nuff said.

Harry potter is 100000000 times better than twilight of course.

Why? I could write 10000 resons why harry potter is better, but I'm just gonna put the most important.

1. Plot: Twilight has a lot of plot holes example: Why would the cullens 또는 뱀파이어 whatever want to repeat high school over and over again? there is no reason why. Twilight revolves around this kind of patetic, repetitive and annoying 사랑 삼각형 between edward, bella and jacob.... Pretty boring and annoying, oh and 당신 throw in the "evil" vampires. While in Harry potter there are maybe just two plot holes and they are minor plot holes, and the plot in harry potter is really strong and 당신 also get subplots that are amazing and intrigant and that somehow connect with the main plot.

2. The world created: This is no contest whatsoever, the world of HP is amazing and stunning, JK Rowling describes everything so well since little whinging to !Hogwarts! and hogsmeade (we get to know how hogwarts is, where they sleep, the look 또는 style of hogwarts and where they 샵 on hogsmeade and all these little details) And all the things that we find in the wizarding world are amazing example: QUIDDITCH, The dementors, buckbeak etc. And in the other hand in twilight all SMeyer describes is this: Bella goes to forks, forks is a dull, rainy place, and there is a forest.... boring much. If we compare the world of harry potetr is so amzing and creative ( Hogwarts, hogsmeade and the whole wizarlding word is million times better than a comun place like forks.

I could continue but I have to eat right now so that's all but there are many other reasons why harry potter is better than twilight :D

Harry Potter is so much better. The story is 더 많이 interesting. She made a whole new world that 당신 could escape to and JK actually did research for her story. She did not mess with the lore of her monsters. She kept them the way they were in lore, but still managed to make them lovable i.e Lupin mainly. HP is 더 많이 believable and has taught some valuable lessons of love, sacrifice, courage and sometimes having to do the right thing even though there is loss. There is nothing that Twilight offers that I want my daughter to learn from. That series is ridiculous and offensive in all it's forms. I hate most of it's 팬 and I really hate it's author.

Ah, I absolutely despise people comparing the two. Yes, if 당신 haven’t noticed when 당신 write Harry Potter vs. Twilight 당신 are comparing them. As a Harry Potter fan, and someone who refuses to pick a side. I’ll tell 당신 why:

1.    Harry Potter and Twilight have two very different conflicts. That is if 당신 can even say that Twilight has a conflict.
2.    Comparing the two is an insult to JKR and Harry Potter.
3.    Both have different stories behind their creation.
4.    I RESPECT Meyer for influencing children to read. (I share this same respect for JKR)
5.    Picking sides is useless, just like EVERY single Harry Potter vs. Twilight 질문 게시됨 on the net.
6.    There is NO winner, because people have DIFFERENT options. Therefore not a single person believes the same thing.

There I had my two cents.

Seriously this is getting a little tiring and if I am becoming tired of 글쓰기 odes about how shit Twilight is, that's something to mark. Obviously Harry Potter is a lot better, although Twilight has some aspects that might be 더 많이 appealing to certain groups of age. Harry Potter lacks a normal romance line (because Harry's ordeal with girls can hardly be called one), not that Bella and Edward could be considered a healthy couple. JK sticks to the 아기 pop out of the ground story and even though SM isn't liberal and open minded to go into a proper sex scene either, she is the one winning this point. Lot of people claim that Twilight shows a bad example to young girls because it's moral image is way too old fashioned into an emancipation and career centered world. Personally I never had any problem with that being totally anti-feminist, because I don't see why is it a sin all of a sudden to have three kids and cook for your husband instead of saving the world. Maybe I'm the lazy one. On the other hand, Harry Potter gives nice morals that fit into the current trend of the world policy yet doesn't break up with traditions either. When we get to characters and storytelling above a certain IQ you'll prefer Harry Potter without even noticing it, though Twilight has the power to avoid being put down too. However, in that case it's 더 많이 like watching the 345th episode of Esmeralda that is an unexplainable urge to torture yourself with the 346th episode too. As for plot: 당신 decide for yourself, it's not true that Harry Potter is 100% consequential 또는 that it hasn't got any flaws and misleads. I'm not going to reason, because it's awfully boring. If 당신 read one Harry Potter and one Twilight book you'll see it for yourself.

What I always don't get is how this HP/Twilight thing started. The 책 have nothing in common, yet people are going mad over trying to prove which one is better.
But to anwser your 질문 - Harry Potter. Obviously. But I'm not even going to start listing why.

Of course it is Harry Potter, dude. i mean, twilight is pretty stupid. It's all about sparkling gay 나귀, 엉덩이 뱀파이어 who really don't do anything except for being pedophiles, drinking blood and being stupid. whereas, HP is about wizards, flying brooms, magic, better werewolves, awesome spells and other things. While twilight is only a vampire romance which promotes pedophiles. I'm pretty sure only pedophiles read it. And how can sucking blood be romantic?
