Even then, it's really just a matter of who/how many of their allies are present, how much room you have to maneuver, and how much time you want to waste even fighting them (when the option of bypassing them altogether, exists).

I am great at halo.I think they can even be kinda easy on legendary.
I still agree with you kinda.

@brainiac: Lol, I'd like to see how you beat them.

I for one, think Hunters are the single toughest enemies in each Halo game. Even on Normal, they're difficult to kill for me.

@ Bond_Of_Fury: i take them down with assualt rifle and melle
in the halo reach mission where theres 8 in the one room(mission where you fly falcons)i fight all 8 on legendary with assualt rifle and never grab rocket and never die

lol...it's kinda easy to kill 'em on wasy or heroic but normal and legendary are pretty hard

i can kill them easily kill them in co-op up until heroic(my sister, which, btw, is my co-op partner, runs off to have me do it myself) in single player campaign though, it is much easier since no one takes my ideal weapon(s) for beating them.
