Guardians of the Galaxy landed on the big screen and blasted audiences into the farthest corners of Marvel\'s cosmic cinematic universe, smashing box office expectations with the help of a killer soundtrack, comedic performances and a talking alien tree and raccoon.

Disney D23 Fan Expo in Anaheim on August 14, 2015, Marvel had this fantastic full-size mining spacepod prop from the movie on display for visitors to enjoy.

Celestial head mining facility called Knowhere, and piloted by the Guardians in battle with Ronan\'s forces. I think it\'s previously been exhibited at Comic-Con, but it was still amazing to see the detail up close.
