Through the years, 텔레비전 and movie companies have selected quite a number of large cities as settings for various plot lines. However, Portland has, up until recently, been flying under the radar. As a citizen of the Portland-metro area, I was delighted to hear that Portland was now a center of the nation's attention. Portland is finally getting the attention it deserves, as it provides the perfect setting for such modern-day fairy tales as those in the world of "Grimm".

Portland has several faces. In the city, it is a mecca for those who wish to break away from the mainstream culture (a.k.a. "hipsters"). Many citizens find themselves embracing classical ideals and long-abandoned methods of living, such as serving hand-crafted, artisan foods, growing handlebar mustaches, riding bicycles instead of cars, and yes, one can even see a 상단, 맨 위로 hat 또는 투수, 볼링 on the streets of the fair city. Even the architecture of Portland houses are Victorian in style. This creates a sense of the 1800's lifestyle that the Grimm brothers would have been familiar with, giving some of the elements of a fairy tale in the setting of "Grimm".

Probably the most unique thing about Portland is that, although it's a city, it is not a concrete jungle surrounded 의해 a ring of suburbs, completely cut off from nature. Just outside Portland are vast forests, full of evergreens, lush fields of grass, and cool waterfalls that flow from the mountains that litter the horizon of Northern Oregon. Though Portland is a modern-day, bustling city, it also surrounded 의해 agrarian beauty. I have been through these forests, and I can honestly say that their solitude and natural beauty are, indeed, reminiscent of classic fairytales. As one roams through the tall, green trees, one gets a sense that it was a forest much like this that Hansel and Gretel skipped though, leaving a trail breadcrumbs.

In conclusion, Portland is not only a beautiful city, it is one that makes the perfect, fairy-tale like setting for Grimm. I am proud to say that I live in this lovely area.

“Three Little Pigs” is not a Grimm fairy tale, but an English one. This episode takes a really interesting approach, 의해 telling a kind of “what might happen next” stories. The story about doing things properly instead of taking the easy way out, about building a life on strong foundations, becomes a story about a 원, 동그라미 of revenge. Nevertheless, the 출처 text is very present in this episode.

Reference Rundown

1. The story about three brother pigs from which two are killed 의해 a 늑대 (yeah, the 디즈니 version is nicer, but the original version isn’t) is referenced in a Bauerschwein...

Author's note I don't own the songs
Tangled movie - Healing Incantation and I won't say I'm in 사랑 from Hercules. They are 디즈니 owned but they work for how Zoey and Ariel feel at those moments. So enjoy

Zoey's pov

Zim and I went for a walk in the park the night air was calming.

"Z 당신 haven't told me anything about yourself why is that?"

Fear crept into me I was liking Zim a lot he was different and it wasn't only because he was an alien. I felt as though I was alife again when I was near him. I bit my lip. No Zoey he wouldn't understand he can never know that your a vampire.

"I have my...
