No I don't think she's leaving Katherine Heigl (Izy) had a good offer to travel and make another film but she hadn't decided yet whether to accept and leave grey's anatomy 또는 not so they gave izy a very advanced cancer that no one still knows whether she would die 또는 not :S
Don't worry Katherine Heigl is not leaving Grey's Anatomy! (not in season 6 anyway)... She is going to take some time off to go shoot her new movie! Her character Izzie Stevens will be fired from Seattle Grey's according to spoilers but Katherine isn't leaving Grey's! =)
And if 당신 want to know why George won't be in Grey's that's because after the fatal hit he got from that bus in season's 5 finale, despite the surgeries, he doesn't manage to survive and he dies =( (I already miss him....George *cries*)
