Serena 봉고차, 반 der Woodsen unexpectedly returns to New York from her mysterious absence to a boarding school in Connecticut. She is initially unwelcome 의해 her best friend Blair Waldorf, who was perplexed 의해 the lack of contact during Serena's absence, and has assumed the position as 퀸 bee of the Constance Billard junior class.
