I don't think he really loved some girl except for Quinn, he was really really in love with her

without a doubt, he didn't really loved Santana or Brittany, they just had sex because they're hot, probably he loved Lauren but I'm not very sure, and Shelby for me was more like a joke, I don't know but I don't thinnk he loved her, he just used Mercedes, but with Quinn he was different, he proved that he could be a better person, he stole and worked for his baby and for the girl he loved, she was the love of his life <3

He only loved Lauren couse she was a bad ass.

Puck almost always picks them for their looks. Whereas, Lauren was not all that attractive at all, and yet he still wanted to pursue a relationship with her. That WAS love! I think he was with Quinn out of obligation to their unborn child, Rachel because she's Jewish...and Shelby because she was a 'mother' and an older woman. Santana, because they probably had great sex. Brittany would be about the same as Santana, and Mercedes, because for popularity and to gain attention from Santana.
