On SBS\'s \'Roommate,\' Nana and Sunny talked about the sweet presents they got from their boyfriends.

Nana revealed she liked men with aegyo on the show and talked about the most memorable present she got from a man.  Nana asked the others, "Did you ever receive a memorable present while dating?"  With a cute, shy smile, she admitted, "Honestly, I brought this up because I wanted to talk about a present I had received."

She continued, "Among the presents I got, the most memorable one was a letter he had written with pictures he had taken of the places we had gone together and the memories we had made after he revisited those places by himself.  I think I will remember that forever."

Nana revealed this was from her longest relationship with anybody, and when asked if this person was a celebrity, she laughed and, to throw off the question, said she didn\'t know.

Sunny talked about her own experience, starting off with the fact that she really liked puzzles. She said, "After he personally drew a picture of all the things meaningful to me, he turned it into a puzzle and gave it to me on my birthday."

She went on to reveal this was actually after they ended their \'some\' relationship on not-so-good terms.  The present touched her to the point she reconsidered him, but they didn\'t get back together.  

When asked if they ever clung onto a guy, Nana said yes while Sunny first said no, the former revealing she succeeded in holding onto him while Lee Kuk Ju revealed she had failed in her own attempt.  Sunny then recalled a person she had thought was her first love whom she physically held onto by his wrist in the last moment and asked him if they really had to break up.  He couldn\'t say anything, but just closed his eyes, which was when she realized he wanted to turn her down and was finding the words, so she let his hand go and said she understood.

Sounds like they met some decent guys.

A guy who cooked for me (who doesn\'t normally cook) is definitely worth remembering. Especially when I learned that he had to get someone to show him how, because he had no clue.

The last paragraph on Sunny\'s painful experience with her first love reminded me of kdramas when a guy leaves a girl for someone/something else.....

i dunno if i am right but i feel that Sunny has a very painful and lonely past and personal life.

She came from a celebrity family, her uncle is a CEO of a famous agency, her sister is formerly a manager of a girl group, "Sugar", her dad also used to be in the music industry.

When she was a baby, under one, she was in Kuwait, and war broke out, and her family has to flee Kuwait amist the gunfire and explosion back to Korea. Which resulted in her fear of loud firecrackers etc

Her grandparents fell sick and has to be cared for in USA and then they gradually lose their memory and cannot recognize her anymore, even when she visited rarely during the times, when SNSD visited LA for Kpop concert.

then her grandparents passed away, and she couldn\'t be there to send them off because she was busy working in Korea.

She and 2 other sisters, all shared the same birthday, on May 15th, which means the family celebrated all their birthdays on the same day.

Her family members are often overseas, and she hardly has a time when all her loved ones are gathered together on a holiday, since either she will be working or her dad is overseas.

She has to put up with many people who thinks that she got into SNSD because of her relationship with her uncle, Lee Soo Man.

She has to constantly smile and ageyo in front of fans and cameras, because she was known as the "ageyo queen" and you can hardly see her express "Anger" or "Crying"

I think i only saw Sunny shed tears a few times, when she talk about her grandparents on IY.

I think Sunny is a pretty strong girl who has bottled up a lot of feelings inside of her, but has no one to confide in, because she has to worry that if she spill out her feelings in front of someone else, they may reveal her secrets to others.

Despite that, she is like a caring Noona to others, like what Hyomin said on IY, when she was on the show, she felt worried about what to say and get airtime, but Sunny comforted her and became her friend, and even allowed her to stick beside her to get more airtime on the show.

I hope she finally find her true love, and settle down with a happy family of her own.

The sweet one with the best gifts always get away. When you think you pushing him away in order to make him want you more, he ends up married to someone else.

Damn Sunny Bunny, don\'t let them turn you away from your Ninja skills... they have served you well, don\'t abandon them.

Well you are only 20, i think of those guys and girls on YJS\'s program "I\'m a Man" there was a special "Singles" those audiences who have never been in a relationship since birth. I felt like applying for it, ha ha, even though i am not in Korea and dun know how to speak korean.

Come on you too young to worry about that but I think it\'s personal preferences too. If you wanted to be like one of those that had boyfriends and already kissed whilst in middle school bet you could have gotten somebody. So it could be that you were brought up right and you grounded yourself to not want flimsy relationships. Be proud hun. Some of us regrets not waiting for Mr right.

@empressroni yeah, I remember some cultures or countries, if you saw you are still a virgin at 25 or something, they will look at you like some alien, but in some cultures, they feel proud of not giving in to their bf\'s sexual needs when they are dating and only will do it after marriage. I guess its partly the way you are brought up and the society that each of us live in or grow up in, is different.

weell im also 20 and turning 21 this year.. and i havent been kissed or never had a boyfriend since tho had "some" relationships but never go further... but i still feel proud of myself being a virgin cause most friends i know are single parent or had an early wed due to pregnancy.. i still believe in sex before marriage is better.

Girl, don\'t even worry about it. There are many people older than you (myself included) who are in the same position, and you know what, you don\'t need a boyfriend to not be alone. And, when in doubt- listen to "I don\'t Need a Man" by Miss A. :)

I want celebrities to have their personal lives and own little secrets, but I really reallly want to know who they are all talking about!

thats the strange thing isnt it, part of us what press to leave them alone, but yet we are curious when they stop at saying the name of the celeb or when they dated. the curiousity or desire to know or read more, is exactly what Fuels paparazzi to hound and follow them to get a scoop on something that the rest of the other media agencies dun know, so they can be the first to Break the news, be it a dating scandal, or a celeb doing something wrong. Like Sanchul and se7en\'s massage parlor incident, As much as some of us hated the idea the reporter camped outside their dorm and followed them and filmed in secret, with little regard of their privacy, most of the readers are still interested in the article or news and follow up on the development. which goes to show how much ad revenue was generated from all those clicks and sales of the magazine.

Me too. I keep saying I don\'t care who they date and that they need their privacy but I\'m always wishing for a magic mirror to see what goes on behind the scenes. Lol.

I\'m so jealous right now. I never received a present from my boyfriend because I never had one. Le sighs one day one day.
