This is really similar to snsd_hyo's game , the first person to collect a member of snsd (a chibi or person) will be upgraded.
You post photos / pictures each round and then I give you points and with the points you can buy SNSD member chibi's and give them clothes , trousers or skirts or dresses. Each time you have a complete set of soshi member then you level up. You can buy their chibi's in whatever order you want , you can start from bias-9 or whatever you like. You can also just buy a chibi of SNSD with the clothes on but they will cost more points.
