Girls’ Generation‘s 초 Japanese album ‘Girls’ Generation II: Girls & Peace‘ along with KARA‘s third Japanese album ‘Girls Forever‘ have been certified Platinum 의해 the Recording Industry Association of 일본 (or ‘RIAJ’).
KARA’s album was released released on November 14, 2012 while Girls’ Generation officially released their album on November 28. To receive the certification of Platinum, an album must ship 더 많이 than 250,000 units to retailers.
Additionally, 2PM‘s latest Japanese single “Masquerade” which was released on November 14, achieved the certification of Gold. To receive the certification of Gold, an album must ship 더 많이 than 100,000 units to retailers.
