I don't think any member of GG got plastic surgery. Only (possibly, but I don't think she did) Seohyun on her eyes to define her ageyo bags, and make her eyes larger. It is most likely make up though. Just because they're all beautiful,doesn't mean they had surgery. 당신 can't look at old 사진 and compare slight differences. Many factors could go into changing appearance, hairstyle, weight, age, angle, expression, ect.
