What's the difference between being the leader and the face of the group?

The leader is the one who HANDLE the group 또는 maybe the oldest among them. She is the one who got 더 많이 lines than other and sings best. And the face is the visual 또는 image of the group, she brings the name of the group, and said to be the prettiest among them, she's the one who centralize the group.

The leader is someone who "take care" of all of them. Taeyeon is the leader of SNSD because she's the oldest. =D

The face is the most beautiful of them. Yoona is the face of SNSD, because she is, supposedly, the most beautiful of SNSD. *-*

The leader is the one who takes care of all the member. (Taeyeon/oldest)
The face is the one who is in the middle and its the one 당신 see 1st . (Yoona/prettiest)

The leader is the eldest member ~
The face of the group should be the prettiest ~

Basically Taeyeon is the Leader <3 !
And the Face is Yoona *_*

( not going to agree coz everyone is beutiful and cute in their own way but still I'm not going to be happy for Yoona )
