I know people have weighed in on this already but i thought i'd answer anyway. I would say that she definately has Obsessive Compulsive disorder. I would say she probably has an ongoing traumatic stress disorder due to her father abusing her. With OCD comes anxiety and depression too.

We never get told her diagnosis, so we can't really know for sure. Obviously, she has some eating issues and drug misuse issues, as well as lots of stuff going on in terms of her abusive father. But we don't really get enough information to really get a clear picture of what her diagnosis is.
