Michelle Tanner ready to make some more lemonade
Jesse and Joey are trying to come up with a contest to have on their radio show, “Rush 시간 Renegades”, and the subject of TV theme songs is brought up 의해 Joey, with the idea of asking listeners if they know the lyrics to a certain theme song. Nicky and Alex like it when Jesse starts 노래 the theme song for the show Three’s Company, in response to Joey’s idea. Michelle has been selling 레몬 에이드, 레모네이드 on an extremely hot day, and surprisingly, she has earned $221. Danny has a painting of his great-great grandfather, General Cornwall Tanner, enlarged and completely restored.
Stephanie: So, how’d your little 레몬 에이드, 레모네이드 business go?
Michelle: Not bad. I made $221. (Stephanie, D.J., and Kimmy are surprised)
D.J.: $221? That’s unbelievable!
Stephanie: Give your 가장 좋아하는 sister a hug. (she hugs Michelle)
Kimmy: Give your 가장 좋아하는 neighbor a hundred. (she holds out her hand)
Michelle: I didn’t get rich 의해 being stupid.
Then, without revealing the exact dollar amount to anyone else, Michelle tells the guys she’s going to the 캔디 store when she has Kimmy take her out to spend the money. While Michelle and Kimmy are out, Stephanie tells the guys that Michelle earned 더 많이 than $200. Of course, Danny is surprised, but not as surprised as he is when Michelle and Kimmy bring 집 a miniature donkey named Shorty.
Michelle explains that she and Kimmy were on their way to the 캔디 store when they happened upon a travelling petting zoo. She saw Shorty there and bought him for the $221 she earned. (For some reason, Kimmy wanted her to go for the two ostriches.) However, there is a problem: Shorty can’t be taken back to the petting zoo, because the petting zoo is now on its way to Seattle.
Danny feels that he has no choice but to let Shorty stay the night. He also lets it be known that Shorty is to sleep in the back-yard, and that they’ll decide what to do with Shorty tomorrow.
That night, while everyone is asleep, 또는 at least trying to get to sleep, Shorty starts making his braying ‘hee haw’ sound. Everyone wakes up, and a neighbor complains about Shorty. D.J. wants to get some sleep so she can look good when her senior picture is taken tomorrow. 의해 this time, it’s almost midnight. It seems that Shorty is quiet whenever Jesse sings the Three’s Company theme song, so Jesse sings that song to Shorty in order to keep him quiet all night.
In the morning, Stephanie discovers that Shorty has chewed a chunk out of a map she had made for geography class the 이전 day. D.J. has an allergic reaction to Shorty that is causing her eyes to look puffy and she’s all sniffly. Shorty then eats a hole through the painting of Cornwall Tanner. Everyone likes Becky’s idea of donating Shorty to the local children’s zoo.
In my opinion, this episode is really funny, as well as very nicely written, too. Plus, I learned a few lessons about money, and I’m glad I chose to be a saver when it comes to money as well.
Shorty the Donkey
The recurring role of 14-year-old Kimmy Gibbler graduates to co-star status as actress Andrea Barber is finally billed among the regulars at the beginning of each episode as Full House enters its fifth season. In other major developments, widowed dad Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) falls in 사랑 with Vicky Larson (Gail Edwards), who is filling in as substitute host on Danny's TV show "Wake Up San Francisco" while Becky Donaldson (Lori Loughlin), the wife of Danny's brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis (John Stamos), is on maternity leave. As for Becky, she gives birth to twins during a two-part episode, going into labor during the birthday party of Danny's youngest daughter, Michelle (played 의해 twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen). The 아기 are named Alex and Nicky, but the infants playing the roles are not yet afforded screen credit.
