Ingredients:
•3 cups dashi 수프 stock
•1 block tofu
•3-4 Tbsps 된장, 된 장 paste
•1/4 cup chopped green onion
Preparation:
Put dashi 수프 stock in a pan and bring to a boil. Cut tofu into small cubes and add them to the soup. Simmer the tofu for a few 분 on low heat. Scoop out some 수프 stock from the pan and dissolve 된장, 된 장 in it. Gradually return the 된장, 된 장 mixture in the soup. Stir the 수프 gently. Stop the heat and add chopped green onion. Try not to boil the 수프 after 당신 put 된장, 된 장 in.
