There's an exception after 20 weeks for "exceptional circumstances"... being repeatedly raped by your uncle at 10 years old doesn't qualify for that?

It seems particularly cruel to have the child endure this pregnancy, especially as she does not even understand it as a pregnancy. She is a traumatised child and she has been woefully failed by a legal system that views women's bodies, even in child form, as expendable vessels. And that legal system is global, not just in India.
