It's on the 상단, 맨 위로 of Fanpop's 집 page. If it doesn't appear for you, this means that 당신 haven't been a 팬팝 member for long enough, and 당신 have to wait a few months before you're allowed to make any new clubs (this is supposed to stop people from making irrelevant 또는 duplicate clubs, but it doesn't work).
