I once got a damage resistance perk from the medic Gutsy-class robot in the Citadel after fixing him. Have never been able to trigger the perk again. How (or when?) do 당신 do it?

There is no perk it is only a non permanent effect that wears off.
To get it again be healed 의해 him.
