Rave Master has more power, better plot and and better character development.

In a fight, many of the end of series of Rave Master can solo Fairy Tail

Megido, Uta, Lucia, Shuda, Haru, Endless, Sieg, Let, Gale, King all solo Fairy Tail (I left some out). The difference in power is massive.

As a series, Rave Master is also far superior.

I think fairy tail will win. you know, up till now fairy tail never lose. of course i choose Fairy tail Yeah..^_^

Well, Erza already beat a ten comandments spear and she works with swords, plus with Natsu they could take down Haru, Gray would take on Musica, Lucy would go against Elie, plus I don't think Plue would take sides since he's with Lucy and Haru and there's Happy to help out wherever

^ good joke, the 10 commandments used by endoras erza is pathetic to the one haru uses. Natsu is slower and weaker then then haru. Plue would go with haru since he is the rave master. I'm also guessing u forgot about etherion here, that would destroy fairy tail.

@NearRyuzaki: Fairy Tail also has Etherion (Magic Council's ultimate weapon) which can destroy everything (according to the manga and anime). Also, Fairy Tail has Fairy Law which extinguishes all threats to Fairy Tail. Ah, and also Zeref, the most powerful mage of all time. I don't want to argue about this since I haven't read Rave Master, but it's just my opinion. I hope you wouldn't get mad at me.

Rave has:
-Endless which cannot be destroyed whatsoever and destroyed 1/5th of the world with a casual laser beam.

-Megido who can destroy mountains and even has an attack that can destroy a country.

-Sieg Hart who defeated over 100 mages by himself and can seal people in dimensions.

-Gale and King who shook the whole planet when they clashed swords.

-Uta who uses a skyscraper sized sword at blinding speeds.

Not to mention that Rave characters are much much much faster than Fairy Tail characters.

FT etherion can destroy anything? don't make me laugh, I seen what that blast did to the crystal and IIRC it was still there. Fairy Law, u mean the fail that laxus couldn't pull off due to mental conflict on who is his enemy? yeah thats not helping here.

@ChiiChii atm Fairy Tail is below Naruto in stats and Rave is far beyond them. Its going to take a miracle for FT to get near.

@camille I wasn't being mean to ChiiChii at all, simply stating its going to take a huge miracle to reach rave level from where it is currently. BTW Rave being stronger then Fairy Tail isn't an opinion, its a fact. Like Raikagebee has posted they are slower then Rave and won't be able to withstand 1/5 of the planet exploding around them.

@camiile I would suggest reading Rave, its a great manga and is far better then Fairy Tail IMO

^ not at all, I've seen other manga better then it. U will actually see similarities between the two character design wise as Gerard is somewhat based of Sieg Hart from Rave.

Bitches please, second origin team of Fairy Tail will completely destroy rave master. Not to mention other characters like purehito, zeref, acnologia, laxus, master makarov could beat all rave master without lifting a finger.

I pick Fairy Tail, because it is extremely awesome. I have no right to compare though, 'cause I haven't seen Rave Master before.

Most people here haven't seen Rave Master, so no doubt that Fairy Tail would be winning. But a noticeable trend is that most of the people who HAVE seen Rave Master are agreeing that they would win. I'm no exception, the sheer scale of damage particular individuals can do is titanic.

I have read Rave Master and now I must admit, Rave will win. Many people here haven't read Rave Master so they chooses FT. That's not fair, though. I love FT but I must admit that Rave Master characters are far stronger than FT characters. Rave Master's characters and villains are all so-damn-crazy strong: Sieghart, Shuda, King, Doryu, Lucia, Endless, etc. (I totally agree with NearRyuzaki and raikagebee, they're already stated them all).
I must admit that Haru is stronger than Natsu (especially if he uses Sacrifar). Elie is far stronger than Lucy (Well of course, Elie's etherion can destroy the whole world). Gray beat out his enemies with ice magic, while Musica beat out his enemies with BARE HANDS. Even the main characters are far stronger than FT. Too bad Rave Master is underrated. It's really awesome piece of work.
So, for all FT fans who haven't read Rave Master manga and said FT is stronger than Rave Master, I suggest you read the whole manga first, because you will change your answer, just like me. ;)

Erza (mostly) and Natsu (less) will carry the team. I saw Rave Master and Fairy Tail.

@Dragon_Lover1This is what i can say to those who have not READ Rave Master MANGA(the anime doesn't count as it does nothing for the story line honestly except some parts). I picked Rave Master and I have read both FT and RM. And here's why:

-Haru has the ten commandments which has 10 different forms as a sword and one especially: Runesave, it can seal away any magic but not harm actual people. It'll seal Natsu, Erza, and anyone else's magic

-Elie can destroy the whole world because she is the ONLY user of Etherion, yes, the magic the council in FT shot down to Heaven's Tower/R-system

Just these two facts in general are enough to destroy FT as a whole. Runesave is only one of the Ten Commandments forms and I'm not telling you its other forms :3 the others who agreed explained the rest so yeah ^-^

1.Fairy Tail OVA 6 shows Erza smashing both Natsu and Haru
2.There is a demon (Mirajane) who can also destroy a mountain easily using her second last form. So Mira is much better than Lucia (don't bother if I got any of the Rave names wrong) and Zeref who can kill anyone around him and I'm pretty sure only Natsu can kill him. GO FAIRY TAIL!!!
