This 아니메 is about a product of genetic diversity in humans called a disclonius. All disclonius are girls, (Cute too.)and they have invisible hands called vectors that can "phase through materials and cut things and stuff. As the Neanderthal were wiped out 의해 the homo sapiens humans feared homosapiens will be wiped out 의해 the disclonius, and captures most of them alive testing them in inhuman ways. They kill the rest of them as soon as they found they were born. There is no clear good guy and bad guy in this story, and it has a very interesting storyline with extreme amounts of emotion expressed 의해 the characters.
