Stormcloaks for my first character and then my Argonian is with the Imperials. Myself, I'm kinda neutral. I think the Stormcloaks are racist, but have every right to their own land and can worship anyone why want. The Imperials are idiots for making an alliance with the Thalmor, they should be fighting them off. Not befriending them.

The damn Imperials attempted to execute me when I wasn't on the list to be executed. No wonder I went with the stormcloaks.

All this "religious freedom" stuff- You realise that they signed this pact with the Thalmor to stop them invading? That it's diplomacy and peace, not aggression? If they didn't, Skyrim would've been invaded- much worse scenario then having some poor little statues taken away. Simple as that.
