i memorized the whole Raven and im in 8th grade. and i wasnt forced by my teacher. :)

all his poems are real amazing, but The Raven is just a pure masterpiece; it can never be rewritten by anyone else, as Poe was the master of it all.

I love "The Raven" and would've been furious if our NFL team had chosen any other name.... but "Annabel Lee" is the most moving love poem I've ever read -- brought me to tears the first time I read it. Someday I'm gonna try to capture my "vision" of the lovers in a painting.

"The Tell-Tale Heart" isn't a poem it's a short story.

The Raven for sure, but I don't think the Tell-Tale Heart is a poem. I think its a short story.

And, my sister's first name is Annabelle and her middle name is Lee.
So when I saw this poem, I jumped up and I found her and I was all "OH MY GOD! THERE'S A POEM CALLED ANNABEL LEE!" and my mom and my sister were like "We know."
It's really amazing, that poem. I just loveeee it. It's so pretty. :)
