Why didn't the namekian kid (mini piccolo) not know whwt a woman was if he metioned having sisters?

The namekian kid said that the great elder gave birth to all of them from eggs that he hatched from his mouth. When he said this he said, "my brothers and sisters". If he mentioned having sisters, shouldn't he know what a mom,girl, 또는 woman is when Bulma asked him?

there are no female namekians also there are no male namekians because there blank and they throw up rocket eggs mostly on death.
